Yes it kind of dose it come with the usb cord ( You can still charge your ipod on your computer but only if you have itunes) but if you want the plug in ones you have to buy them ( About $30.00 )

it comes with it..
they will give you this usb cord, you use it to sync songs from your computer to your ipod and while it is plug in, it will get the charges from your computer..
