How do I Make My Best Friend relize the guy she likes doesn't like her?

Okie so me and my other best friend Tiff want to tell our best friend that the guy she likes (for 6years) doesn't like her back and that he is a total jerk My friend literally crys for him for days and waits on AIM or Myspace for him to login for hours ....it gets scary sometimes but the truth is tha he doesn't like her she thinks he does but he always ignores her or treats her bad Me and Tiff think that he likes us because he always trys to talk 2 us and stares at us but we don't like him at all he is a total jerk and he knows my friend likes him but he acts like he don't care it bothers me He is man creepy last time he got like an inch away from my face and almost kissed me and to my friend tiff he stares at her Rear End we are sick and tired of him and my friend crying over him when he doesn't even care about her we don't know what to do anymore we tryed to talk to her but she keeps on saying that she “loves“ him HELP!!!!
