Can anyone recommend a pianist who plays soft lullaby type music but not so much classical?

I need the name of an artist and album/song.

If I was an artist and was asked "Can you 'recommend' a painter who paints advertisements for Coca Cola, not art?" I wouldn't deign to answer.

Yiruma plays and concocted a dreary, derivative, unadventurous piece of confectionary named, I think, "The River Flows Through the Sewer", but I wouldn't 'recommend' this saccharine tripe to an enemy.

George Winston has a nice album called "Impressions" that is quite nice, with several French composer's music.

  • Ludovico Einaudi. All his stuff is mostly piano, some with orchestra. It's all gorgeous but it has a more modern vibe

If you don't want classical, why the heck are you asking it here?

This forum has gone to the dogs!
