Could be anything. Because you took a screen shot I have no way to analyze it. What's the actual URL this is from?

That site barely even works!! It's awful. From the way it's URLS are constructed it looks like Joomla... but I can't get it to load except in cached format.

you won't be able to "get the script"... that could be a server-edge script that interrogates a database, and outputs the outcomes as an HTML (ie very own abode page & Mysql). Even viewing the code will in straightforward terms prepare you the suitable HTML, yet no longer the code that outfitted it.
