Try a bump in the front (take bangs or hair in front, twist and push up) or two tiny braids on each side of the head pinned at the back, french braid it (looks cute on everyone!) or just curl it!/straighten it!

you should straighten it, get side swoop bangs, get it cut in layers around your face to frame it and thin your hair a little, get some really subtle highlights if you are over 16... yeah. that is pretty much it.
use shine serum to reduce frizz and make it shiny and silky.
