When a persons account is suspended it is due to repeated violations.
The violations, many times are unwarranted. Out of 17 violations, I had fifteen of them re-instated.
Most often when you get a ton of vn's close together like I did, it means you have someone trolling you.
I had to go private & dump my fans & contacts.

They just make another account. Well, most do anyway.
Edit: You get suspended if you get reported/violations. Sometimes it can take lots of them to get suspended, other times hardly any.
