anyone knows of a trully free website for background checks?

All the websites I have visited claim to be free but toward the end, they ask for some type of fee.

    i have found this to be so true...and should be against the law to do this ....any way I fine this to be very interesting....thanks for asking...

    they advertise it for free...not me and it should be a law about it.

    There's no such thing. Gathering the information is expensive and time consuming, and no-one does it for free.
