All of the bad things for some reason. The only things I wish I would forget I remember perfectly. I can remember one good thing though, probably one of the best days of my childhood. My sister flew in for christmas and she was playing with me and my sister. She set up the room and pretended it was a restaurant. I was probably around 4 or 5. I can hardly remember it, but what I do remember is pretty good.

All of my childhood memories revolve around the traditions of Christmas,Christmas is a very big event in my family, each year after Thanksgiving our thoughts turn to Christmas, but my thoughts are already turned to Christmas,I am in the Christmas spirit all year long, even in the summer and spring,I don't give a flying crap what people think and say about me liking Christmas VERY VERY much,I have always adored Christmas and will always adore it even after I am gone.I remember sneaking and staying up past my bed time to see if Santa would show,I thought to myself maybe if I were asleep then he would come, but he never did,I heard that you have to be asleep in order for Santa to come and bring you what you want for Christmas,so I always fell asleep and the next day when I woke up the next day to find that Santa had come and I rushed to the Christmas tree with all my might and there would always a load of presents under the tree,as I got older and older I began to wonder about Christmas and I wanted to learn about it's history,so I went to those church sites where you can request free literature and I would spend hours and hours reading, questioning myself and making determinations about rather I believed the things that I read and I choose to believe it,and now from doing such reading I can tell you from the top of my head that
1)Christmas is a contraction meaning Mass of Christ
2)The Christmas tree is said to be a symbol of everlasting life and since real Christmas trees are green it is a symbol of life and life that would return in the spring after the winter,it is also a symbol of Jesus Christ & humans and trees share common bond.
3)Christmas presents remind us of the gifts the wise men are said to have bought Jesus(gold, myrrh and frankincense) they also remind us of the many gifts that Jesus hasd given us and the gifts he will give us all when Jesus returns to the earth,Christmas presents also remind us of the gifts that were exchanged in Rome during Saturnalia.
I have a lot of childhood memories that will always be with me forever.
