What are some good gift ideas for team seniors?

At the moment, I can only think of the most neutral of gifts....a big pack of balloons, a congratulatory card, and a Visa gift card....

Is your friend going to university/graduate school? Perhaps you can buy some college gear or a "survival" kit.

If there isn't any more school, then perhaps you can give something a little more sentimental, like a photobook of your favorite memories together.

Another idea: My parents once bought a gilded gold frame for a cousin who was graduating so that he could hang it in his room/office.

last year, our team did something cool. we bought a large frame for each of the seniors and filled it with a college of pictures of each senior in different candid or posed shots, whatever. then around the frame, we all wrote a short message to them. we tied ribbons around it and did other little things to decorate it. its generally inexpensive (if you get a sale on the frames) and is good because its individualized, so every senior isnt getting the same exact thing.
