What is the best way to lose belly fat?

What's the best way to lose/burn off belly fat without running on the treadmill.

    ionno i've been doing this 1 exercise that i saw for sit ups

    but i would suggest doing cardio stuff like jumping jacks and push ups as well combined

    I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

    You cannot choose which part of your body to lose fat from. You can strenghten abdominal muscles to cause your belly to stick out less. Oddly, the most effective exercise to do this might actually be shoveling. Apparently shoveling works all your abdominal muscles. Who knew? So grab something heavy on a stick, like a sledgehammer, and do aerobic shoveling.

    But really, to lose the fat, you need to cut down your caloric intake. If you can eat 250 fewer Calories per day than you usually do, you will lose weight.

    You can't spot reduce fat. You have to reduce overall body fat and often the fat around the middle is the last to release. So for your abs to show you have to have a very low percentage of body fat.

    I also tell my clients to eat smaller meals more times (5-6) per day. When a body is starved it will store fat. When it believes that times are good (when it's being feed good nutrition often) it will release fat.

    well if you do the "running man" which is a sit up but you put your knees up and move your feet like your riding a bike but if you bring your left leg towards you put your right elbow to your knee and vise versa and when you do regular sit-ups don't go all the way up. When you lay down you have an arch on your back that doesn't touch the floor when you do sit-ups only go up until your back fully touches the floor, and there is also where you put both arms down on the ground and just hold yourself up with your arms and your feet kinda like a push up but use the base of your arm! Sorry if that's confusing lol But if you do those 2 times a day you will see results in 4 weeks.

    So many answers... dude you're very young. Don't say that "I am a student so I don't get time for anything". You have all the time. Eat whatever you want to. Just go outside in evening and play some outdoor games. Specially Football, Badminton, Cricket etc etc. Play as much as you can. Play football daily for an hour or two and you'll see the changes.

    Walking is good too. But to really lose belly fat, you need to make sure your diet is on point. Because if you eat the wrong way, there's no kind of exercise you can do to compensate for it.

    Well obviously crunches are the best way.. but as far as cardio you can lose weight by just walking briskly for an hour and the worst of all ways to lose weight is a 10 day all protein diet!!

    Just exercising daily, go to the gym and do work outs that focuses on you abdominal, such as crunches, sit-ups, and etc. But I recommend you working out every week that way your whole body can be fit. Make a routine like 30 minutes everyday or something like that.

    Jumping rope burns more calories than a treadmil also do the special k diet works amazing

    There are a lot of gimmicks out there but the only thing that actually works is good old diet and exercise. You have to learn to cut out all the food that is bad for you and make you gain weight and be more active.
