is it common for a couple who love each other to lose their 'spark' temporatily?

ok so ive been in a relationship for 10 months now but me and the guy have been on and off for about 2 1/2 years....we are totally in love like and are great together but latelt he told me he feels weve sorta lost our spark. he doesnt love me any less nor do i love him any less but i had to agree...i think our problem is we talk too much on the phone etc but the truth is im having problems with friends at the min and hes the only one who really listens to me or wants me around. i dont want to be clingy or turn into a stranger but i desperately want our spark back so need help!! Im 17 btw and hes 19.

Loosing spark is something that might happen between 2, but there r lots of ways to have it and gain it back, but for now, keep things normal with him till u overcome yr problems with yr friends and get better, then sit down and talk to him, if he really care and u car and he loves u and u love him back then u will find a way to gain that spark back.

i think i know wot ur problem is. listen up love. blokes are not girlfriends. u dont dump ur probs into their laps, men cannot and do not want to deal with this kind of girly s**t. that is probably wots killing your spark. stop doing it!

if you have no one to talk to, find someone else, anyone else with a pulse, or talk to urself, or post to a support board, just dont dump it into his lap this is a mistake too many women make even ive done it but realised it and stopped.

also, youve had your 'honeymoon' period, which is the first year, then it is harder to make it exciting. happens to everyone. but if you both love one another then u will make it.

if u phone him, keep it limited to light chat and sexy talk, which he will love. if you do mention a problem cos he asks u, dont talk his ear off about it, keep it brief, no dramas, no tears, they hate this.

    good luck
