What are the chances of the SciFi channel or someone else picking up Kyle XY now that it's being canceled?
The producers say that due to the short notice the season will end with the already-planned cliffhanger. That would leave things open for it to be picked up by another network.

No!! I was so sad when I heard they were canceling it but I hoped that they would at least tie up all the loose ends before they ended. But this sucks. I don't know the chances of another network picking it up. I think that it's highly unlikely. But, fingers crossed.

Well, that would be nice, but that would mean different actors, it just wouldn't be the same.
