Did you now how to find water and ensure its clean is in the bible?
Did you know what you call the 4 food groups, are in the bible?
Did you know what we call marriage is in the bible?
Did you know the basic lessons on raising a child are in the bible?
Did you know the lesson of love is the core message of the bible?
Galations 5:14
For all the law is fulfilled in one word,
even in this;
Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
The bibles main reason, is the passage above. For we are told so.
James 2:8
If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture,

The main thing the Bible teaches us is that we are to love the Lord our God with all our heart and mind, and to love our neighbors as ourselves. If we do these two things, we can walk uprightly before God. Now to know what that means, loving God and loving your neighbor, you'll have to read a little more in depth.

Raping, cruelty, and murder, concubinage in the old testament...
What is it the New Testament teaches us?—to believe that the Almighty committed debauchery with a woman engaged to be married (the so-called virgin mary), and the belief of this debauchery
is called FAITH...

We have to start with what we believe, then find a passage that we can "interpret" or twist to support our beliefs.
