what to do with a pill popping husband?

I know he hurts, but if one pain pill will not get rid of the pain. will 10 do any better. to the best of my knowledge it will not,

    yeah, it will do better for pain, HORRIBLE for his body.

    i would seriously speak to him, and explain that 4 or 5 vikodin can potentially kill him.

    If he has legitimate pain then you should have him seen by a Pain management specialist so they can get him onto a medication that works better for him. Not all pain medications work for everyone. For instance, I have a really screwed up neck and was first tried on Hydrocodone. This did nothing for me! However, when I was switched to a low dose of oxycodone, it helped tremendously. Please see a specialist as his pain is not getting better from what he is currently using to treat it, and by taking pills this way he risks addiction and tylenol toxicity from taking too much in a day. His liver, and he, will thank you.

    :-( im very sorry you are going through this darling.. but you should try talking to him, if he is ADDICTED then thats another story.. if he is addicted you need to do more than talking. try getting him help or try to get on natural medicines that wont work as good as drugs but they will do something good :D hope i helped.
