Month and year costs to expect with $8,000 Mobile home in Tampa?
My Sister-in-law is bidding on a Mobile home in Tampa for $8,000. It's in a 55 and older Park. What other costs should she expect?
Dues/Park fees, Electricity, Cable, Heat/A.C., Taxes, Sewer/water?

She would have to get that information from the community in which the home is located. As with utilities, it varies from area to area.
