Those mouth pieces are specially designed and fitted by a Dentist.
The only proper mouth piece to be worn in pro MMA is a custom fit one w/ a custom picked Design.
consult your local dentist, they range between 200 and 400 usually but worth it for the propper fit that doesnt fall out of your mouth.

Closest thing would be the Fangz mouthguard from http://www.opro.com/ or from Protech but that company doesn't seem to be anywhere right now.
