Kegel Exerciser question?
Someone asked me for info on a small size kegel exerciser. Does anyone know of a small thin one for small women? You can email me also.

you really don't need the exerciser, although it is more difficult to isolate the muscles without it. the kegel muscles are the same ones women use to stop the flow of urine.
she can start practicing by squeezing down while she's urinating one day. when she stops urination, she has successfully employed the kegels. after she practices that way a couple of times, she should be able to isolate the muscles and practice anytime.
docotrs warn against practicing while urinating too often because it can discourage women's bladders from emptying all the way.
