How do I get my digital tv from the government? They extended the deadline so we can get coupons for free ones?

Update:

Okay then.. how do I get my converter box. I seriously don't have cable or satellite like welfare people get for free. So I seriously need a digital tv or converter box.

I don't care about the extension. I want to know where do I get my free tv?

    They voted down the extension. The original date still stands.

    I just saw them refuse the extension. As my digital signal breaks up for the fifth time.

    Its for a box not a TV.

    $40 off the box and four years to get it by now.

    It's not a free box. It's a coupon for an amount off the box.

    Apply for it and use it within the limited time given to redeem the coupon.
