UK Snow: Who is going into work today?

im in walsall in the midlands and all the schools are closed so that will be a no.....damn husband is staying at home as well great kids and hubby......

My husband drove to Oxford from our home in Suffolk for a meeting yesterday and is now most likely stuck there for another night! I'm rather annoyed about it as I miss him a lot and it leaves me to deal with a poorly 4 year old girl and an 11 week old girl who is teething already! I can manage but its nice to have the support/company of a man who loves you! So he doesn't get to have the day off (unless he can't reach the office in Oxford) and neither do I! Drat!

I go 2 school but i had Monday off and i have just found my school is closed 2day YAY!! =D I got ready for school thou not knowing .lol.

No, no snow in Hull - how do the Russians and Germans cope people who have real snow, rather than a heavy frost? I wonder

I do not live in the UK but if I did I would take the day off and celebrate.

umm not work but school, i been on monday, and the rest ive been off, even today hehe, and it aint snowed since tuesday here, but there's loads of it lol

no snow here...but i did miss work on the first day it snowed in my area
