Apparently, the creators just decided that the story is over. There have been RUMORS that it will come back on, but as far as we know now, it is over. At the comic con, Mike DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko announced that is officialy over. It's really sad, because it's the best show ever. There is a live-action movie coming out in 2010, but it's just going to be a retelling of the first season. Well, hope this helped!
