take her out to the places that r important to u (place u met first kiss etc.) then take her out to a nice place and PAY dont make her pay. then drive her home and give her a nice kiss goodnight and as u pull away, give her a present like earing or sumthing nice.

well, you need to plan some sort of romantic evening, including a nice dinner, whether you prepare it or take her out. And you might want to get her a small gift, nothing too crazy, maybe some earrings or some nice perfume. Just make her feel special and yoi'll be fine.
