My boss was supposed to pay me 3 weeks ago but he didnt', This has been going for the last 2 months.?

I would love to apply for unemployment, what should I do? Is there any other way I can get my pay every week.

    File a wage claim with your state's dept. of labor.

    Have a long talk with the local National Labor Relations Board office.

    That is what they do.
