Octuplets? Thats crazy!!!!!?

She worked for the clinic that supplied the IVF, she pulled strings to get the more than recommended 2 eggs implanted & had total disregard for the risks involved for her or more worryingly, her babies.

She did it for the money, having 14 children will require state assistance & she has approached Oprah asking for a massive fee to appear on the show.

What do I think?

I think she's incredibly selfish, thoughtless woman & the general public will be quite rightly outraged by bailing her out.

There's still no apologies from her, just wild stories about a lonely & dysfunctional childhood, it seems to be all about her.

Another me-me-me person, what a surprise!

First, I have never read a list of answers in which everyone is of one general conclusion. There is a culture of benefit seeking that many people pursue. I do not know about this one woman. The key player in these cases is the doctor who signs the certifications for the benefits a seeker desires. As you read stories about a medical case, it seems the medical expert is never brought in as a responsible party. What was the clinic thinking in a case of a young woman who has a very limited work history. This is a troubling case and I really think more focus should be directed at the medical staff in this case and in the general cases of disability certification.

My first reaction was that this woman wants her own reality show and that was before I heard about the other six kids that she has. Then I knew that she wanted the big bucks and after I saw her publicist on tv, I knew that this was going to be a circus.

Being an only child is not grounds for a dysfunctional childhood. It might produce spoiled kids who don't know how to share, but it is not the end of the world.

I understand the desire to parent, the urge to reproduce and the trauma involved with loss and infertility, but its not excuse to go out and overdo it, not once, but 14 times.

I think this lady is extremely irresponsible and very selfish. I fault the doctor did the procedure as well. 14 kids? There is no way, in my mind, that a single person who is not only unemployed, but living with her parents in a small home, can possibly give those babies, as well as her other 6 children the parenting they truly deserve and need. She is going to make millions on talk fests, books, movie deals and everything else that will pay her. I think this is just wrong, on so many levels!

This woman has turned herself into a walking biology lab. I can't think of any other reason the doctors would go along with this craziness.

She is a selfish demented woman. The doctors who implanted eight embryos into her should be shot. Unethical. No one cared about the children, the six she already had and the eight that she would carry. They are the ones who will suffer.

Cant stand her! I have a good job and outta my parent's house and still waitin for the right time to have a child! She has no job and too too many kids!! I wanna know what man would want to marry her now? idk....im jus annoyed....sorry....haha

Everybody is different, and I hope she does o.k., and she really loves children, I do not agree that she should ask for money.

she is an animal and her doctors should be punished and lose their license.
