I just now got a new computer and am installing programs and effects I need or want...
I have a Yahoo tool bar and it has some icons on it but not the answers icon...

I can help you with that...
Click here:

And then click on Button Gallery. Then just below that, click Yahoo Favorites and in the drop down menu click Show All Buttons. You should see the Answers icon in the list. Click Add to the right of it, then when you see Save Changes flash, click that.
If you want to add more buttons, click Make More Changes but if you're done click Finish.
