Well first you could introduce yourself properly, and tell her you go to the same college etc. Be subtle and ask her for coffee or something. What have you got to lose? If she says yes, then great. If not, then you have your answer. You won't spend time wondering. You'll never know until you take the first step.

Don't go straight to asking her to do something. Chat with her first on facebook you goon. Work slowly into it, find out what she likes to do. Then when you what she likes you can ask her to do something that you already know she likes. Better chance of her saying yes. Good luck.

Tell her you want to get together with her and that'll be enough said to get something started. She will think it sweet, nothing more, nothing less.

go Talk to her and just keep talking to her for a while then gradually work your way up to things that you both want to do. or just forget about her.

maybe just say, hey do you want to go for lunch some time? to get it started.

Explain to her exactly how it is that you came to learn of her and ask her out.
