What exactly is 'Sully Little's' name?

Here in the USA we just seen a small aircraft land in a body of water in Australia on our news.

Who is the pilot and the name of the body of water.

In other words, where did it happen & why?

Don't know anything about 'Sully Little', whoever or whatever that is.

Do you mean the Darwin forced landing on Friday?

There is a story in the "Territorian" see below -

    Pilot - Steve Bolle

    Where - Darwin Harbour

The Piper Chieftain plane experienced engine problems minutes after take-off, and the pilot managed to land on a sandbank and get his five passengers to shore unscathed.

Stuffed if I know why it crashed but it landed in Darwin Harbour with 6 passengers on board. Not as good as yours though
