I had my wisdom teeth removed and my stiches came out early :( is this ok?

So I had my wisdom teeth removed about thirty hours ago. and I am pretty sure they were just supposed to disolve in about three days, but on one side I noticed this string hanging out of my mouth, and so I pulled it a little because it was most of the way out already, and it didn't hurt or anything. But it was the stiches. its not bleeding or anything. I can't call my doc because they arn't open weekends. Is it ok??

I've had a few teeth removed in the back and i've only had stiches once. Just make sure you are careful how you eat. Rinse with warm salt water. If it starts bleeding take a warm wet tea bag (regular) and bite down on it gently in the space that is bleeding. There is a chemical that will cause you to stop bleeding.
