Computer gets hot and wondering about space...?

My new computer seemed to run very fast when it was on my floor with plenty of space and now i have put it up on a desk and on the side where there seems to be an intake fan there is like 3 inches of space and the back has like 5 inches... and about 8 above the computer. is the computer getting enough air to cool itself or..

Update:

its less than 24 hours old so there cant be dust... and the computer doesnt feel very hot actually the right side is cold and the left side is fine the back is pushing out cool air now but if i start up a game that changes to hot

What Brand is the computer? It may very well be the case if its to small or you may need an extra fan to put inside it to keep it cool.

Before, my computer was like that, but when i bought 2 fans placed at the back and the side of the cpu, it got a lot cooler. Normal temp for a Desktop PC is around 35-40C any higher than 40C would end up in troubles.. Buy a fan and see the difference...

Solder swimming pools or flames are a foul sign. And under extreme warmth load, your HD could be dropping documents. Any electronics will go through in larger warmth. attempt yours interior the attic, and in case you're everywhere that's in a zone the place exterior gets to ninety*F in summer season, it's going to be a hundred and twenty*F or larger. possibly which would be deadly.

The only way to be sure is to check the temp sensors with a program like speed fan.
