My husband ended up with all of his debt from his previous marriage because she was a stay at home mom during the three years they were married. Even though she had a higher educational level which would mean when working she would make more then him. So because she left him with all the debt took the kids, denies him access and lied to the courts about his income because we are self employed she combined our income together to get more child support and spousal support. He decided to through his credit and let the debts in both their names pile up and ruin her credit too. It was the only thing he was capable of doing. This took two years after the separation and not being able to see his kids for him to decide to join her in the whats fair in love and war tactics.
