Computer in hibernation?

Computer stuck in hibernation mode..Shut it off and turned it back on..and got the same thing..It is a compaq computer...Tried ESC nothing,tried CTRL ALT delete and nothing..tried the power button and nothing....Its just stuck..

unfortunatelly there is no easy way of soting this, can you get to BIOS?
