small twitch or slow oxidative fibres contract slowly. When you're doing HIIT then you're working your FG fast glycolytic fibres. slow twitch fibres are generally trained under the time under tension principle - It's covered in Vince Delmonte's No Nonsense Muscle Building Program. I got his product so I don't think he'd appreciate me giving away his secrets lol I can however give you a link to his site:

It is possible to lose weight quickly but you should be realistic and accept that if you lose weight quickly then you will probably put it all back on again just as quickly. The one thing that definitely worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials remaining, it was reported in Fox News and USA Today. I shed thrity pounds, it definitely does work!
