This is an odd coincidence!!?

Question

Okay, so my grand-mother died from general cancer 3 years ago, in my house since my mom was taking care of her. And just before she died I dreamed of her dead in my bed. One month after she passed away, I dreamed of her and she was looking really healthy and she was at my grand-fathers house. I then told her she looked really good and asked her what she was doing here, the she told me "I feel a lot better and I'm here to bring that hard-head with me" I woke up really fast and was feeling off key after that. Then to my surprise 2 weeks after I have a dream that my grand-father is dead in my bed, and you surely know what happened next, He died 2 weeks after that dream. Is it weird or is it just a coincidence?

Update:

I forgot to mention that my Grand-Father died a 5AM from a heart attack. All his life he was healthy. I told my mom about my dream and she just said it was because I missed my grand-mother, and it made sense so I didn't make a fuss about it.

You clearly have a special bond with you grand mother, there is no such thing a coincidence when we notice a coincidence we are simply noticing the universe at work.

your grand mothers spirit was communicating with you, as you don't sound freaked out she did a good job. when you seen your gran well she was showing you how she is now in the spirit world.
