Help me find art college?

Anyone can help me find any popular art college that give scholarship??specially drawing? which I could get the scholarship by sending them my drawing pics through internet??

    I do not know about an art college maybe Juliard they have everything from actual art to the performing acts. But, I am sure any good tier 1 college has a good art program that suites you. If you like I can give you some names of colleges I have that you can be interested in. I have a book left over from last year.
