Drink water! You cannot dissolve kidney stones. Your options are to pass it on your own (painful), add medications to help it flow out (Flomax is given to guys with prostate problems, but it also helps open things up so the stone can flow... this is still painful, but faster), remove it out with a basket (they pass this thing up your penis and actually go fishing for the stone (also painful, but you'll be drug up so you won't care), or lithotripsy (they use sound waves to bust up the stone).
