If the rooster was somehow able to carry the egg to the most Northern roof at the tippy top and decided to kill his offspring by laying the egg on the tippy top of the most Northern roof, I am sure the egg would roll to the right.

roosters dont lay eggs but if it was a hen it would depend on which way their butt was facing

Lay ability positioned down, position, relax, manage, and go away. it isn't a remember by whom the egg is laid - it would properly be the fowl, or maybe it would properly be you or it would properly be a fowl- in all cases the egg will roll down the field.
