How much would you pay for this cake? I was asked to refund money but already discounted them big time!?

hahaha after she ate the cake she wanted a refund... tell her to throw half of it up and ull consider giving her half her money back..

Did they eat the cake? If so, then no refunds. If she hated it that much, she should have sent it back. They should have been more specific with the order. If she insists, tell her that it is normally $120 and make her pay $60. The only thing that I could see is she wanted the strawberries on the top of the cake as well, but if so, she should have stated that. It's too late for her now to ask for a refund. If she personally is not your family or a friend, I wouldn't worry about how she feels! Some people are just never pleased.

I don't really know the going rate on cakes but I like your cake. i think it is very well done and it looks really good. If it tasted alright I would tell that girl to shove it. Thats a risk you take when you ask a friend and not a business. Businesses give refunds, but it is considered rude to ask a refund from a friend.

About what you charged, actually. If the pic was a Harley, though.

But I don't see where you owe them anything back. Haven't the benefit of having tasted it to see if it was good or bad, but appearances are good, so I will assume the cake tasted okay....save for that proviso, don't stress some cheapskate trying to take advantage of you.

no do not refund the money. She is trying to have you on. if she didnt like it then thats due to her own preference, not you not fulfilling the cake specifications. As far as it sounds you did the job you were asked to do and she is not owed a refund.

OMG THATS AN AWESOME CAKE! that womans being an ungrateful, picky little **** so dnt refund her or anything. she asked you to make it like that, you made it like that, its her fault for asking you do make something she didnt like! its got nothing to do with you wether she likes strawberries or not. if youu followed the instructions, and she doesnt like it, its her own stupid fault for not sayin, " i want loads and loads of strawberries"
