Chicken pox scab question?

I had chicken pox for about a week now, I never scratched any on my face, but now they're all scabbed over. I recently 'rubbed' one of my face scabs and it sorta broke it. it didn't fall off, but it was kinda hanging on there. went to sleep, next morning it's OFF with a hole in the middle, chances are I did scratch it in my sleep, so will I be scarred? Or if I didn't scratch will I still be scarred if my scab just fell off?

also, since my scabs off. should I put anything on the mark? like an anti-scar cream or something...

It depends on how bad the pock is. I actually have 2 scars on my arm from chickenpox that I did not scratch; of course it doesn't look bad there.

If the scab broke off easily, the pock is almost healed anyway. It has to fall off eventually!

The head has an enormous blood supply, therefore anything on your head or face should heal quicker than on other parts of the body, and there is less likelihood of scarring.
