need a loan modification, in the mean time what do i do about the payments?
My dad has been helping me out a bit, because my husband is unemployed, but now my dad is doing awfull in his business, what do i do in the mean time I can get a loan modification?, do I try to take out money from credit cards or wereever I can to make my payments, or do I just stop paying the mortgage??, please advise anyone??
yes and loose even more time in 'no end" jobs, were eventualy ends in nothing but lossing tiome, i rather have him finish studing like he is right now with his unemployment check to be better prepared for a better job than to look for a minimu wage job like in the past.He is a chemical engineer in Mexico but unfortunalety here in the US they don't recognize other countries degrees, sorry but I totally disagree with your "advise", I don;t want to loose more time in labor workers job that pays almost nothing, I rather have him studing like he is roght now, and he is doing great.

If you stop paying you will be foreclosed on, no modification. You have to prove you can make the payments if they give you a modifcation, but with only one working adult and another twiddling thumbs you will not get one, as you are not working. Tell him to get off his butt and go to work, if he has to flip burgers.
