can you use the refresh too much?

i hit refresh on the computer a lot, can this hurt anything?

    Well if the website loads data dynamically and appends a random number to the end to prevent caching, it might fill up the cookies or something. But you really don't have to worry about it, just go to you browser, tools>internet options> delete > and select clear history or delete cookies. All that does is delete the web pages that were saved on your computer so they load faster. Deleting them just means you'll have to download them again, but if you have a million saved files, it begins to slow down your internet a bit. But for the most part, refresh to your hears content.

    no refesh just reloads the page.. as for the cookies, they DO NOT stack up the only extra cookies you'll gain are from the change of ad's but the REAL question is why are you refreshing so much?
