Download OpenOffice.org, it's free and works with any office files. It's a whole office suite. I like it much better than office 2007.

Yeah don't even bother with rubbishy microsoft. Open office is brilliant. It does all the same stuff as microsoft but is free. It includes excell, powerpoint and publish, just they're called different things. it looks mostly the same as microsoft's office too - although there are some things that are in different places, but easily enough found. it's definately worth a trial anwyay.
Oh and no to mention, you can save stuff in ms format too. When you go to save, choose the microsoft option you want from the drop down menu. This way if you're electronically sending documents to people that only have microsoft, they can still recieve and use it fine. It's brilliant. I would never again you microsoft unless i had to - like at work it's already on the computres. But in my opinion, open office is fab and what better serivce than to have excellent software for free. Do give it a go.

MS office costs a fortune. Why not try open office, it's free. It's also fully compatible with all microsoft format documents. I've been using it for over a year and haven't missed MS office at all.
You can download it from the open office website although it's about 400mb so you'll need broadband.

You can dowload free version of MS Office from Microsoft website which is good for 60 days. After the expiry of the trial period you need to pay if you want to use it further.

In case you don't want to pay just go ahead and download Open Office from openoffice.org. It's as good as MS Office and even compatible with it. So whatever files you create with open office, you can open it with MS Office and vice versa. http://www.openoffice.org/

it is illegal to obtain software freely. but if someone was to do it, they would look for it on peer to peer programs. such as limewire, or torrents
