Okay, i am sick of searching on the internet, what do i have?!!!?

Can someone help me. I think i am suffering from a mental disorder but have no idea what it is. It is either a psychotic disorder or social anxiety but the disorders seem to be overlapping with me. I have Autistic Spectrum Disorder and i think OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder). I also have extreme anger and an anger problem.

These are what i think are symptoms, in fact i was getting them right now:

i think i am being watched by the authorities even when i am in my own house. Now that isnt normal is it?!!! I think they can also hear me. I also think they are sometimes sometimes judging me. I think they can watch what i watch on television, see my reactions to the thing i am watching, in whole, i think i am being watched a high percentage of the time when i am in my house or out.

By the way, i am on medication: Fluoxetine and Olanzapine.

I find it extremely weird that Olanzapine (which is an Anti-Psychotic) helped my rituals when i had more severe OCD. I had images in my head and Olanzapine stopped that. I dont get it, its supposed to help psychotic symptoms, not OCD, though i do understand the two may be overlapped but still. Does somebody know anything about that?!!!

I have also been trembling when i have had to do presentations, BUT note that i am not AT ALL anxious with people, in fact quite the opposite i am extremely confident in social situations and seem to give off a very confident and dominant attitude. But i am also quite shy sometimes and think people think negatively of me.

I have also stopped taking Olanzapine for about 4 days. But i THINK i seem to be getting these feelings of being watched again more.

I have no idea what this is and please could someone help me.

I'll maybe edit and give a bit more information but im trying to think right now.

And please, no stupid answers.

Update:

Okay blt_blk your answer was probably the best answer so far, the rest of you who have given USELESS and totally STUPID and PATHETIC answers can go and f'ck yourselves. I am not even going to give you (the stupid people) the opportunity to be given any more personal information about myself. To the people who have more dignity i hope you will give me a good answer.

Update 2:

Okay i have read the other answers that are more helpful and i thank you for that.

Im sorry I am not even going to read more than the first paragraph, its kinda hard to diagnose yourself... I think you should leave that to an educated professional, self diagnosiss is just as bad as self medicating

Wow! u are interesting! I cant believe u actually get that! I only read that in books!

Am sorry i had to express that first line up there,

U should read more about schizophrenia, especially paranoid schizophrenia. Although u havent really said a lot about urself, do u get halucinations? Do u hear voices that command u to do things? How long have u had these symptoms? Have u changed ur personality since then, does ur mum (or someone whove known u ever since u were fine) think u have changed character?

Do u use alcohol or any other drug abuse?

Feelings of being watched are amazing arent they, have u watched the movie called 'The Beautiful Mind'? U should! Its one of my favorite.

Its best to see a doctor, he'll ask u more questions that are relevant and some may not seem relevant. Nobody here can tell u what u have really coz more is needed to be known here, so braven up and go see one and tell everything!

    Good luck!

I believe that you are suffering from paranoia and an anxiety disorder. Think about this, is there anything that you have done in your past that could possibly explain this? Also, why is the authorities? Have you tried telling yourself that it is not so? (Unless you've done something and it is so)

Trembling during presentations is a normal thing. Have you looked up the side effects of the drugs that you are on? Have you seen a doctor? All of these things contribute.

I would talk to your doctor, it could be social phobia or something like that. Social phobia isn't just about being afraid of outside and being around people, but also being concerned that people are always talking about you or being really nervous in public situations. I was diagnosed with social phobia, I am not crazy, I am pretty normal. I just am extremely uncomfortable in public around people I don't know. You sound like you need some help though. I would contact a doctor immediately about getting help.

BTW when you stop taking mental help medications there are withdrawal symptoms

It sounds like a lot of the things bother you stem from fear. If you can try thinking about others and helping in little ways, you won't have time to worry about the 'what ifs.

Even if someone could hypothetically 'spy' on you...there's five billion people in this world - what's the sense...perhaps your conscience is bothering you a bit. So even 'if' it were possible, I'd say who cares? Life is too short my friend, love and a positive attitude.

Can you afford a book? There is a very good book out called, "Change Your Brain, Change Your LIfe" by Dr. Daniel Amen. It uses SPECT brain scans to be more precise in diagnosis and prescription of medicines. It also gives a variety of non-drug therapies you can do yourself to improve conditions where your thoughts get stuck or drift too much, too depressed, ADD and all kinds of problems.

I find it a very interesting book and useful for anyone with a brain. I was hoping for more information on migraine, but that isn't the reason for this book. Here's the link to the book at Amazon where there are lots of reviews:

I hope you find what helps you to get past these problems.

Im not a qualified Psychotherapist so I cant help. I think you have paranoia, stress related anxiety even though you are outwardly confident inwardly you are not. I know I used to hear voices in my head when I was pregnant with my second telling me to kill my baby or my baby was dead. After nearly being admitted to hospital to the loony ward I had counselling and anti depressants. Please see your G.P. You cannot rationalise things so you believe authorities are watching you.

There is a form of schizophrenia that causes paranoia like you are describing.

Either way I definitely think the best thing to do is see a doctor and not ask people on yahoo.

Sounds like you're paranoid but the schizophrenic thing i don't agree, if you were schizophrenic you'd probably be convinced that the authorities were spying on you and not realise that there was actually a problem within yourself. I'm not a doctor but that's just my opinion.
