should stealing over a certain amount be a capitol crime?

Stealing is a crime and should be punishable by law.

Unfortunately with the amount of crime that goes on these days stealing just seems to be a misdemeanor and the culprits get away with a small fine and a slap on the wrist. Just to go out and do it all over again. The law certainly needs to make the time fit the crime.

I visited Dubi last year and found they had a zero crime rate, anyone

caught stealing got the hand that they stole with cut off. Now that's

a deterrent.
