How can I get a response from yahoo? I need help changing my last name on my email account?
Every time I write to yahoo, I get a form letter email back. Nobody can help me to simply change my last name. It is changed on my profile, but whenever I send mail, it still has my old last name. I just want a phone number or a human being to fix this problem.

The simplest answer to your problem, is to cancel the old account and open a new account using the information you now want to use. You will need a different ID address name, as you cannot use the same one again. It sounds awful, but is really the easiest way to go.
