hii guys
I've took some slides of
1) Acute on Top of Chronic Tonsillitis
2) Caseating T.B. of Lymph Node
3) Acute suppurative Appendicitis
just couldn't differentiate between them
so if anyone knows some "landmarks" of any of them or how to differentiate between them, I'd be really grateful..thnxz

A histology book would show colored plates of all three tissues.
A necrotic Lymph node secondary to TB would probably show the characteristic tuber shaped bacillus.
