I would love to see The Grand Canyon - I hear that you can get down to the bottom of the canyon and walk around.

Grand Canyon. Been to both and loved the Grand Canyon. You see Niagara in a couple of hours. Water over the edge. The Grand Canyon on the other hand is a huge area with enough features to take a week to see.

Been to the Grand Canyon and flew over it in a helicopter beautiful love to see it again but now i want to see the Niagra Falls..thats my next stop..

I have always wanted to travel to the Grand Canyon and raft the river, take a hike with pack animals to explore it etc. It is a beautiful place to me spiritually.
I have been to Niagara Falls (grade school trip visiting province's capital city), it was pretty and interesting in many aspects. IfI went back it would be in the winter for the Festival of Lights. As honey has said many times, riding the Maid of the Mist sounds nice until you are in the spray of the falls and it smells like sewage. bummer :(
