What is the average amount of sex a couple should have in their first year of marriage?

I find these questions ridiculous.

Every couple is different. There is no right or wrong answer.

I think it totally depends on the couple and their relationship, If they were having sex before they were married it might not change form that amount,. But things such as stress or attempts to have a baby may change that. It depends on their situation and how much both parties of the relationship wants to have. Not to mention exactly how adventures the marrige is they might like to do it in new places or different areas of the house, or possibly just keep it in the bedroom.

I am in my first year and it really depends on how many days we are together. If we are together every day. It us usually twice a day. So that is 14 times per week. Give or take a few.

If not then it is like 3-4 times per day when we are together like 3 days that week.

So my average would be 10-12 tines every week

An old polish saying is to get a jar and some beans. Every time you do it in the first year, put in a bean. Then, spend the rest of your marriage trying to take them all out.

As much as you want.

Get a big jar. Every time you Do It (together -- no cheating) during the first year of your marriage, put a penny in the jar.

After the first year, every time you Do It, take a penny out of the jar.

See if you ever empty the jar.

There is no strict amount but if both people involved are happy and healthy then there should be lots and lots of sex!

Five times a week including quickies.

There is no right or wrong answer to this. It is whatever each individual couple decides for themselves. Whatever makes each couple happy.

At least 6 times a week. Anything less would be uncivilized.
