What happens if you get scared half to death twice?

I'm going to have to go with nothing, except a big adrenaline rush because I have been scared to death ( out of my mind ) a few times quite literally on the same day, ( not my most proudest moments ) but yeah another story all together, but the answer to your question really nothing

i thought getting scared half to death was just a common phrase. didnt know it was an actual thing

It depends! If its in the same week, you'll die! Other wise you wil constantly be scared half to death until you really die
