I was searching how to create something like water splashing dots, bleeding, water flow, with liquid motions have these 3D animation graphic data...etc? Any software beside of Adobe that I can free download online?

If you refer to 3D modeling software as "digital painting software" and think that Adobe provides it, then forget it. It's far beyond the scope of your knowledge.

http://wideo.co/ is an excellent free tool to create motion graphics. You can upload your videos to youtube
