In most common law jurisdictions the answer is no; but in Canada (a common law country) you can marry your uncle You can also marry your niece, your nephew, your aunt and your uncle.
In American, this would be considered an incestuous relationship if there is a any type of blood tie. I noticed that in some of the answers the reader assumed that this is also a relationship with a child, but you stated that he even brought the woman to your house.
As to bad karma, I am a Christian and don't believe in karma. But if karma does exist, why would bad karma fall on the family, if they didn't encourage or approve of this relationship?

So it´s your daughter? Well, answer yourself that question. If you need help with that: have a look at Megans law and you will know what kind of stuff you are looking at.
