depends on what type of choker ur talking about.. is it like gothic/heavy metal type choker or girly lolita choker?
but usually its worn on the lowest paart of ur neck so its visible so everyone can see? =]
ums. oversized chokers are awesome rite now =] but i guess anything thats comfortable for u is fine.. u dun want anything preventing you from breathing or bending down or something like dat..

wear it on your neck that;s it.
